Thank Goodness for Chef Boyardee! Begun in an Italian restaurant in Cleveland, patrons often asked Chef Hector Boyardi for take-home portions of his wonderful sauces. His small bottling business soon expanded and moved to Pennsylvania, where the name was Americanized to Chef Boyardee.
